Band Students and Parents -

As you talk with friends, family and neighbors about purchasing items for the Anthony Wayne Band Boosters Fruit Sale, you may find that some people would prefer to order online instead of giving you their order and paying you directly.

There are several options for friends, family and neighbors who want to order online.

Shipping to out-of-town family and friends

People who live too far away for you to deliver their order to them can place an order with Pee Jay’s or Club’s Choice online. They need to pay with a credit/debit card and have it shipped anywhere in the United States. You will still get credit for making the sale.

However, the products that people can order online and have shipped are different than what you have in your brochures for people to order directly from you.

For Pee Jay’s Fresh Fruit, only “Gift Shipping Items” can be ordered online and shipped. To do this, tell your customers to:

  • Go to freshfruitorder.org/AWBBfruitsale and select “We Now Offer Gift Shipping Items”. They will be able to choose from 9 different “Gift Boxes.”
  • After they enter in the quantities they want and select “Submit Order”, they should enter your name as the “Member’s Name” in the Shopping Cart.
  • To pay, they can create an account but they will probably prefer to enter their payment information with a one-time “Guest Checkout”. Pee Jay’s accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

For Club’s Choice, frozen food cannot be ordered online, but people can select several categories of items that we are not selling directly, such as wrapping paper, candles, and holiday items. These items will be shipped to the customer. To do this, tell your customers to:

  • Go to shop.clubschoicefundraising.com and browse the many categories of items, selecting “Add to cart” for whatever they want to purchase.
  • When they are done shopping, they should select “Checkout” to review their order. Under the list of items, there is a section “School & Student Information.” They should enter in your name as the “Student Name” and ANTH11 as the “School Code.”
  • After they enter in their address and select “Continue”, they should see a message confirming their support of the Band Boosters.
  • The last step is entering their payment information. Club’s Choice accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

So this year, with these online plus shipping options, be sure to contact friends and family that live farther away. They can still support you and the AW Band.

Pay by credit card, student delivery

For people who live in the area but prefer to pay by credit card instead of giving you cash or a check, they can order Pee Jay’s fruit online (only). To do this, tell your customers to:

  • Go to freshfruitorder.org/AWBBfruitsale and select from the “Standard Products” list. This list matches what is in your Pee Jay’s brochure. The prices are the same.

For online “Standard Products” purchases, you will still need to pick up the order in December and deliver it yourself.

Cannot order online

There is no way to order Club’s Choice frozen food or Schmidt Brothers Poinsettias online. If people want those products, they must place an order with you and you will need to pick it up and deliver it in December.

If you have any questions about online ordering, or other questions about the Fruit Sale, contact the co-chairs.
