State Large Group Adjudicated Event will be on Friday, April 26. Symphonic Band will perform @ 7:15 and Symphonic Winds will perform at 9:30. Performances will be at Findlay High School.

Symphonic Band

  • 4:45pm arrive @ AWHS
  • 5:00pm load buses
  • 6:15pm arrive @ Findlay HS
  • 6:40 pm warm-up
  • 7:15 pm performance in Gym
  • 7:45 pm  sight read
  • 8:15 pm wait for rating
  • 8:30 pm leave Findlay HS
  • 9:30 pm arrive at AWHS

Symphonic Winds

  • 6:45 pm arrive @ AWHS
  • 7:00 pm load buses
  • 8:15 pm arrive @ Findlay HS
  • 8:50 pm warm-up
  • 9:30 pm performance in Auditorium
  • 10:00 pm sight read
  • 10:30 pm wait for rating
  • 10:45 pm  leave Findlay HS
  • 11:45 pm arrive at AWHS
